5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our product and small-batch model, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@human30labs.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue, and we’ll work to make it right.
